About us

M2M MED Badania Sp. z o.o. is a modern clinical research site that combines the highest medical standards with effective research project management. Our mission is to support the development of innovative therapies by conducting clinical trials in a safe, compliant, and patient-centered manner.

We operate within a flexible model, integrating routine research activity in the outpatient setting with specialized partnerships (SMO), which allows us to efficiently conduct projects across as many as 15 therapeutic areas.

Team and Infrastructure

Our team consists of experienced investigators, clinical trial coordinators, and medical staff with practical experience in conducting studies in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable legal regulations.

For Patients

Through clinical trials, the medical staff contributes to the development of modern therapies, thanks to which patients can be treated more effectively and safely than with standard therapy.

Participation in a clinical trial offers a number of benefits for the patient in treating the condition they suffer from. Many medicinal products in the clinical trial phase often represent a breakthrough in the treatment of most known diseases.

By participating in a clinical trial, a patient gains, among others:

  • Access to modern therapeutic treatments,
  • Care from top-class specialists,
  • Free, extended diagnostics, which is often unavailable in basic medical care,
  • Assurance of international treatment standards,
  • Reimbursement of travel costs during participation in the study and other costs associated with visits to the center.

Collaboration Process

We design cooperation with M2M MED in a structured, transparent manner focused on operational efficiency:

1. Feasibility and Site Qualification

Project feasibility analysis based on:

  • patient population availability
  • investigators’ experience
  • operational capabilities and infrastructure

2. Operational and Budget Assessment

  • preparation of a detailed budget proposal, including cost-per-patient and overhead, in line with FMV guidelines
  • alignment of resources with protocol requirements
  • project risk analysis and timeline assessment

3. Contracting

  • negotiation and execution of the agreement with the Sponsor/CRO
  • ensuring formal and legal compliance, including GDPR compliance

4. Study Start-Up

  • preparation of regulatory documentation
  • team training
  • site activation

5. Recruitment and Study Conduct

  • active recruitment strategies
  • patient visit management
  • ongoing collaboration with the monitor and Sponsor

6. Quality Management and Reporting

  • data quality control
  • compliance with the protocol and GCP
  • timely reporting
