What is chronic spontaneous urticaria?

Chronic spontaneous urticaria is a skin condition in which itchy hives, skin redness, and swelling occur over a long period of time (at least 6 months), often without a clear cause.

Symptoms may:

  • occur daily or recur,
  • persist for many months or even years,
  • significantly reduce quality of life, affect sleep, and interfere with work.

Information for Patients

In some patients, standard treatment with antihistamines does not provide sufficient improvement. This clinical study aims to evaluate a new medication that may help better control the symptoms of the disease.
